Air conditioning/heating weekly supplement
- Two-room + Two-room 4: 50,00 Euro per week
- Three-room 6 : 100,00 Euro per week
- Four-room 8: 120,00 Euro per week
Mandatory on-site costs
- Service package (mandatory over 6 years): €25.00 per person per week.
- FAMILY SPECIAL OFFER: children up to 6 years old do not pay the SERVICE FEE and have a free bed (cot or crib). Cribs and high chairs (0/4 years) are free of charge.
- Final cleaning: €50.00 two-room – €60.00 three-room – €70.00 four-room.
- Bed linen: €5.00 per person per change (optional).
20% discount on base price and reduced service package (€15.00 per person per week) for stays of at least two weeks until 23/05/2026 and from 12/09/2026 onwards.
Sconto 20% sul prezzo base e forfait servizi ridotto a 15 Euro per persona a settimana per soggiorni di almeno due settimane fino al 23/05/2026 e dal 12/09/2026 in poi.
