STANDARD FEES:
- FIXED SERVICES (obligatory for more than 6 years): 25 Euro per person per week (15 Euro in period A) for lights/water/gas, use of color TV and telephone, Wi-Fi, pools access, and 1 parking space in the basement garage of the residence.
- SPECIAL FAMILY OFFER: children up to 6 years don't have to pay the FIXED SERVICES fees, even if added person, hight chair and babybed always included.
- FINAL CLEANING (obligatory): Double 50 Euro – Triple 60 Euro – Quadruple 70 Euro.
- Security Deposit 100 Euro
- Sheets 5 Euro per person per week (optional)
- Towels 5 Euro per person per week (optional)
- Maximum of 1 person extra. A 10% weekly supplement (cots or cribs available) for persons over 6 years old
